ACCELOPS RECEIVES NEW ROUND OF FUNDING AND GRANT TO EXPAND SALES AND OPERATIONS IN US AND CHINA

AccelOps, the integrated data center and cloud
service monitoring leader, today announced that it has received additional funding from
strategic and existing investors. The current round brings the total investment in the
company to more than $11 million. The recent financing is for sales and operations
expansion to meet the rapidly growing demand for the company’s integrated data center

As part of this new round of financing, AccelOps also announced RMB 5 million grant from
the local high tech park in Shanghai, China (ZhangJiang High Tech Park). The company’s
Shanghai office, which provides platform customization and support, is preparing to
launch AccelOps in China and other Asian regions.
