ACCELOPS EXPANDS AND STRENGTHENS EXECUTIVE TEAM WITH NEW CFO
SANTA CLARA, CALIF. – June 27, 2011 – AccelOps, Inc., the only provider of integrated monitoring solutions built from the ground up for cloud-generation data centers, has named William Delaney as its chief financial officer. A veteran executive with significant start-up as well as midsize and large company experience, Delaney will play a key role in shaping AccelOps’ overall business strategy, day-to-day operations, and fundraising. In the CFO role, he will oversee the company’s finance, legal, human resources, and administration departments.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Delaney has led both finance and operations at a number of Silicon Valley technology firms. Most recently, he served as vice president and CFO at Chelsio Communications, ConSentry Networks, and MediaQ, a venture-backed startup acquired by NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA). Earlier in his career, he held finance operations and controller positions at Stratacom, acquired by Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO), Chiron Corporation (NASDAQ: CHIR), and LSI Logic (NYSE: LSI). Delaney earned a bachelor of science in accounting and finance from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
