Once all SIEM components are identified – including inventory information, installed applications, running processes and services, interfaces, storage, open ports and installed patches, AccelOps populates the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and generates detailed layer 2 and layer 3 topology maps.

AccelOps allows users to schedule periodic discovery to detect changes – including performance, security and availability metrics.

The CMDB understands the devices and applications running in your environment, and can identify changes on unauthorized configuration changes, tie-in user identity and location – including true user identity, contact information, IP address and work station name. In addition, the system provides reports on configuration changes based on history by device or business service.
