Just because you have dedicated connectivity to partners does not mean they follow the same security standards that your organization does. You need to monitor them just like they were untrusted entity. This does not mean you turn them off from talking to your systems, but you monitor the communications and alert the appropriate staff in your organization if something is a security issue or not normal behavior for that partner.
AccelOps monitors network equipment, servers, applications, physical and virtual equipment, users, network flow data. AccelOps creates a baseline of normal activity. That means that your security, performance, availability, changes with your partners are monitored and understood. Then when unusual behavior is seen or a security issue is detected AccelOps can quickly in real-time alert your organization.
